Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in 1.5 gallons of water at 150-160 F for 30-45 minutes.
2.
Heat up 5 gallons of water in boil kettle.
3.
Remove grain bag and add to boil kettle.
4.
Standard 60 minute boil.
5.
Ferment in primary at 65-70 F. Never above 70 F.
6.
Primary for 2 weeks.
7.
Re-rack to secondary for another 1-2 weeks.
8.
Prime and bottle at medium carbonation: 2.5 volumes/3.5 oz priming sugar
9.
Condition for another 1-2 weeks.
