Pelforth, We lived in France for a while and this is where I came across Pelforth Brune, as an home brewer I was working on a recipe to clone this wonderful beer, when a member on a beer forum stated that he had worked a recipe out. I've called it Palforth, it's malty, dark, slightly sweet, I have tried a bottle of his brew against the real one and his came out better. I should also add that I'm using a Braumeister to brew this recipe.
