Special Instructions
1.golden raisins washed to remove any chemicals. chopped, steeped at 160 for 30min as to keep any aromatics, then toss in after flameout. this was to add back some fruitness missing from not using belgian yeast (cause i am cheap)
2.primary 1 mos at 68f / swirling to agitate yeast in 2nd/3rd weeks
3.secondary for 1 mos / if bottling add small amt yeast and allow 4 wks
4.Mash 75 min at 151f / batch (dunk) sparge 15 min at 168f
