Mash into 4 gal cool water and heat slowly, stirring frequently, to 120 degrees F

Pull about 1/3 of the mash (thickest portion), heat to boiling, boil ~15 minutes and return to the rest of the mash

Continue heating to about 155 degrees F

Overnight mash (in a hot water bath)
