Brew 3 of 3, 10 gal batches. Brew went fine. OG estimated by pulling equal weight of wort from both brew kettles like last time. 1.052. Same as last time 78% efficiency. Pitched on yeast cake from first 2 batches. Original FG 1.012 per Pete Drinks. 5.08ABV expeted.

Brew Day 2. Second of 3x 10 gal batches. Racking B1 to Carboy 2nd aryand pitching this batch on yeast from B1. OG was 1.052. Racked to 2nd 11/27. Initial FG was 1.028 Converted with Pete Drinks is 1.014. Est ABV% 4.82. Cold Crashed carboys 2 days ago and racked to Kegs 12/1/23. 1tsp of gelatin in 170F water and added to kegs for finings. This batch did get irish moss also.

Batch 1 of 3 for the wedding. Originally set recipe as 75% efficiency, OG expected to be 1.049. Actual OG was 1.051 which calculates to 78% efficiency. The big difference was that I let the mash go an extra 15 min (75min total) because I had to go get pizza. I also sparged a little slower than normal I think, but since it was 10 gal I'm not sure. I also had SoCo do a double grind on the grain which was my original hypothesis of the reason. I will go back to 60 min mash and see if the efficiency ...
