chai spice mix: 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon, 1.25 tsp ground ginger, .25 tsp ground cloves, .25 tsp ground cardamom, .25 tsp ground allspice, .25 tsp ground nutmeg. *add with 5 mins left in the boil.

at kegging make tincture with vodka and 2 tsp of chai spice mix, add to keg and rack on top of.

add lactose with 10 minutes left in the boil
