1.Mash at 152F 1 hour
2.Sparge at 170 F 10 minutes
3.Boil 90 minutes
4.Add hops at 60 minutes remaining
5.Add spices at 1 minute left
6.Reduce heat to 50-54F. Add to fermenter and pitch yeast. Hold 3 days.
7.Let temp raise to 68F for remainder of fermentation.
