Special Instructions

Mash at 152F 1 hour
2.
Sparge at 170 F 10 minutes
3.
Boil 90 minutes
4.
Add hops at 60 minutes remaining
5.
Add spices at 1 minute left
6.
Reduce heat to 50-54F. Add to fermenter and pitch yeast. Hold 3 days.
7.
Let temp raise to 68F for remainder of fermentation.
8.
Bottle at let rest 2-3 months.
