Special Instructions

1.
Dilute Charlie's tap water with 50% distilled water
2.
steep mash for 60 min at 152; sparge with 170 for 10 min
3.
Add citra mash hops to boil for last 10 minutes
4.
at flameout immediately chill to 180 (leave Citra in)
5.
whirlpool flameout hops for 20 min hopstand at (180)
6.
1st dry hop at 2 days for about 4 days
7.
2nd dry hop at 6 days for about 4 days
