Sparged to boil volume with 1 gallon pH adjusted water.
2.
Flame-out hops were a 20 minute whirlpool at 175F. Invert Sugar added during whirlpool.

Notes:

Lots of malt complexity and richness with a crisp finish. Nice jammy orange and stone fruit hop notes. Definitely in the regular rotation - great fall beer!
