Special Instructions

1.
Dough In malt with 64 degree water
2.
After turn heater to 95 water temp and mash for 40 min
3.
After 40 min raise temperature to 122 mash for 40 min
4.
After 4 min raise temperature to 153 mash for 40 min
5.
Mashout and sparge at 170 degrees.
6.
Boil for 90 minutes.
7.
Cool to 70 degreees
8.
Ferment as close to 50 degrees as possible

Notes:

Ok, this tastes really good ??. Clear, carbonated and a malt forward aroma and taste. Almost a light beer but you can feel the alcohol.

Sweet and malty. Tasted very nice. Honey color. Clear with 1 day settling.

Notes:

Crystal-Clear light-yellow color. no aftertaste. It may be a tad weak, but we shall see. it tastes pretty good, no aftertaste.

Still not crystal clear. Has nice head from CO2. If I smell diacetyl, it goes away shortly after pouring. Needs more lagering time.
