Notes:
Delicious brew. It didn't turn out quite as planned because I needed a lot of water to cover the grains and avoid clogging the recirculator, and then I didn't get a ton of the wort to boil off before cutting the heat. But the end result was great. Rich flavor, nice hint of smokiness. Nice creamy head on the beer out of the tap, although it didn't retain the head very long.
