Ca 69; Mg 11; Na 33; SO4 130; Cl 45; HCO3 67 split between mash and sparge (Distillled Water)

1.5 tsp Gypsum; 0.33 tsp CaCl2; 0.33 tsp NaCl; (Kroger spring water)
3.
1 tsp Mash/.5 tsp Gypsum sparge; 0.25 tsp Mash/0.1 tsp CaCl2 sparge; 0.25 Mash/0.1 tsp NaCl Sparge
4.
Flame out cool wort to 170F; hold hops for 20 mins, then cool to 66F
5.
Pitch at 66F; ferment at 68F for 1 week
6.
Raise to 71F, add dry hop 5 days before cold crash
7.
Pressure keg under CO2
