Notes:

Long lasting tan head, creamy mouthfeel, smooth bready, roasty, chocolate flavor, nicely complex background of dark fruit, caramel. Very pleasant beer. Aged very well, this bottle about 10 months old.

Notes:

Roasted grain and chocolate aroma, some subtle Blackberry notes. Small tan head, good mouthfeel, dry finish, some caramel sweetness and chocolate flavor with sharpness from roasted barley. Overall, a nicely complex flavor with lingering earthy, floral and blackberry expressions.
