Use libbys canned pumpkin will need 64 oz. so 4 - 15oz cans off of amazon. use the non spice. about 30 bucks. bake it at 350 for 45 min. let it cool and add to mash at 154. use half in the mash and half in the boil about 10 min before end of boil.
vodka solution: 3-4 beans are cut in half the seeds and goodies are scraped into 8 oz of vodka. let vodka set for 2 weeks. or create a tea solution out of it and add this to secondary for needed. roughly 8 oz
