Special Instructions

1.
Add Belgian bittersweet chocolate w/ 15 min remaining in boil
2.
Add unsweetened cocoa nibs w/ 15 min remaining in boil
3.
Add ground Sumatran coffee at flameout
4.
Ferment at 65 degrees for two weeks
5.
Strain grounds from cold brewed Kona coffee and add to sanitized secondary
6.
Soak French oak chips in bourbon for two days and add to sanitized secondary
7.
Rack fermented stout onto coffee/bourbon/oak chip mixture and condition at 55-60 degrees for 2-6 months
