How close was this to the Sculpin? I had it when I was in South Carolina and was blown away.

Pretty close! I think the hop presence faded as we drank it, but still, it turned out really close IMO.

There's a video on Youtube that walks through the brewing of this beer with the head brewer and he specifically states a bittering combo of Columbus, Chinook and Centennial - yet I've yet to see this used in any clone recipe out there. Obviously with bittering additions the main concern is hitting IBUs, but still. He also mentions using around 2.5lbs per barrel of dry hops which (if my math is correct) equates to around 6oz for a 5gal batch!
