Racked out last night, strong coffee, light chocolate, hint coconut... cant wait to see how it ages. Very excited for cold, carbonated, 2 weeks older!
Notes:
Wort is sweet, lots of flavor, coffee, maybe a hint of coconut. Nailed the OG at 1.053
