*LEARNING EXPERIENCE* - missed sparge Temp (low) and sparged too quickly - caused OG to be lower then expected. Dry hops added on day 3adjusted OG=1.029. FG=1.005. approx 3.2% ABV
first allgrain, first liquid yeast. first home built recipe, *will be first beer i keg as well* new larger brew kettle took more heat from propane then anticipated - took way too long to get to boil.waiting until 10min for last hop addition.
