15 minutes additional steep for batch sparge. Started the yeast 24 hours prior to pitching in Northern Brewer "Fast Pitch."
Missed target mash temp, as it was my first time all-grain brewing. Will have to revamp procedure moving forward to compensate for the loss in strike water temp as the tun is preheating.
