Quarter Deck IPA Brew Session

Brew Session Info

Missed target mash temp, as it was my first time all-grain brewing. Will have to revamp procedure moving forward to compensate for the loss in strike water temp as the tun is preheating.

Notes:

I was very suprised! I always test a tiny amount during bottling. When I did it seemed to be very bitter and angry! Tried it chilled after 5 days. It was under-carbonated as I was impatient. I am very satisfied with the end result. Citrus hit in the front, with just a touch of bitter at the end. All-around a very satisfying IPA.
