Special Instructions

  1. Use about a 1/3 cup of corn sugar for priming (a little over)
  2. Mash at 150 F for 60 minutes
  3. Then stir boiling water into grain bed until temp reaches 168 F and rest for 5 minutes
  4. Recirculate, lauter, batch sparge at 170 F
