Long-age, mixed-culture sour with zero hops - High temp mash. Simulated turbid by pulling 1 gal portions from mash prior to full conversion taking place. Added dregs from Side Project, Jolly Pumpkin, and Bruery, along with WLP677 Delbrueckii starter from a year-old sample.

Notes:

BRIX 17.5 / OG 1.72 - Yielded close to 5 gal, put majority into 5 gal glass carboy for long storage. Remainder went into blueberry kettle sour.
