Final BRIX 6.4 / FG 1.0133. Est. 3.9% ABV.

Notes:

Yield 5.3 gal at OG 1.046 / BRIX 11.4. Pureed 4 lbs cranberries and added to initial boil. After a few minutes of boil, strained cranberry solid matter out.

KyleYanceyHoly crap did this thing get better with a little age. The clove/cinnamon tamed down, and everything seemed well balanced.
