Special Instructions

  1. Soak oak and diced vanilla beans in bourbon one week
  2. Add to secondary for one more week
  3. Age beer 4 weeks minimum after kegging/bottling
  4. Hopheads= double 60 min. and 15 min. hop
  5. Hopheads=or just urinate directly into wort
  6. 3.5 oz corn sugar for priming
  7. Use Makers Mark bourbon for best results
