  2. Brewed as straight brown ale two weeks in fermentor one week secondary
  3. Ferment got too hot didn't catch any fusel taste

Notes:

nice daily drinker, not spectacular but ive been drinking mostly sours lately so this seems bland in comparison . but very nice . next time consider a different yeast , and make sure wort is down to 66-68 before pitching yeast,
