2L starter using amyloglucidase (ultraferm) in the mash to make ideally 100% fermentable sugar add campden to water mash low 143-146F (say 144.5), add amylo 1/3 way through 1 hour mash (maybe extend to 90min) wort chiller at 15 min add DAP yeast nutrient at 10 min whirlpool hops at 180 for 20 minutes came in really low in OG (1.046) maybe next time mash for 90 min instead of 60?
