Tasting Notes (1)

Rokson

Tasted on 12/15/2021 by Rokson

Notes:

1st batch: messed up mill setup, os i got really low OG, added 1kg sugar to get final 4,2% alcohol. Fermented in 7 days, tasted like crap, left for another 3 days cold crashing, taste improved and it is really drinkable. I'll make another batch in about 2 weeks, this time I'll crush the grains better, goal is about 4,5-4,7%.
