Notes:

Tasted after 3 days in the keg. Slight hints of caramel from the 11% addition of Carapils and Crystal malt. tastes reminiscent of a Vienna Lager. Cold Haze - CRAP!, I was hoping for a crystal clear lager. Fined again with gelatin fined again, this time in the keg.

Notes:

X-fer to keg. Crystal clarity. Great clean flavor and appropriate bitterness. SPG wort 1.047 finish SPG 1.000, 6.17 ABV. Looking forward to tasting after keg conditioning. Maybe it will be a 5 star?
