If you keeo it alive by adding sugar, it will grown in strenght. The typical Gotlandish beverage wont taste that much alcohol, but keep in mind it still have a high amount of alcohol. If you dont taste it, you will certenly feel it when standing up, leaving the table!

Special Instructions
1.Fill a big brewing kettle with junipersticks/boughs (the green ones) FIll up with water, and boil!
2.Fill a big bowl/tub with half of all your grains 50% of smoked and 50% pale.
3.Pour half (more or less) of your boild juniperwater over your grains, you want it to look like
4.a porrige. Let the "porrige" rest for 2 hours. Save the rest of the juniperwater.
5.After 2 hours... Put some juniper sticks like a cross in the bottom of you brewing kettle and
6.place more juniperboughs over it, (it should work as strainer) for your tap in the bottom.
7.Pour the porrige over and rest of the juniperwater. LET IT REST togheter for aprox
8.30min before you open your tap. Let the wort "lennu" drip down into a new brewing kettle..
9.Start boiling 1 liter of water and ad the hops. Strain the hops and let the
10.hoppy water be chilled to fingertemp. (35-37 C)
11.Mix the sugar into some water, we want it to dissolve with the water.
12.Let the wort boil up, and let it rest/chilled down to 25-30 C.
13.Mix the yeast with the sugar water,add the hoppywater and mix everything to the chilled wort.
14.Put everything in your fermenter and wait 5-8 days. Start drinking it like an Viking!
15.This is not something you place on tap or in bottles with cap. NON CARBONATED DRINK.
16.Keep the unfilltred beer alive by adding some sugar everyday.
