All Grain Vienna Lager homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Vienna - US, 2-Row - US, Munich Light - CA, Flaked Corn - US, Carafa II - DE, Willamette Hops, Tettnang Hops, Fermentis Saflager W-34/70 Homebrew Yeast, Yeast Nutrient, Whirlfloc.
This recipe was cloned from Vienna Lager V2.
Fermentis Saflager W-34/70
Water chemistry: 1 tsp gypsum, 2 tsp calcium chloride, 0.5 tsp baking soda, pinch of magnesium and pickling salt
Pre-mash water set to pH = 5.9 with lactic acid and citric acid.
Note: Reverse step mash. 150 F -> 143 F -> 170F
