Notes:
Fermented a bit on the high side for Imperial darkness which produced a welcome banana/walnut note. The beer does taste like a chocolate chip walnut cookie.

Notes:
Tasted in non-carbonated form after one day one Cocoa nibs. Tastes like a cookie but need more chocolate flavor....will wait the 3 days on nibs.
