v3 - voltei a proporcao de lupulagem do flame out e adicionei mais dry hopping. add um pouco de magnun aumentar um pouco o IBU Inicio da Fermentacao a 19.5C e aumentar para 20C no 3o dia e 20.5 no 6o dia, ateh o fim da fermentacao Flame out = lupulos a 80C-75C por 15-20 min. Agua pode ser equilibrada / um pouco para os lupulos Munich por Carahell (ou caramel hell) 150g de Caramunich II (Best Malz) ou 120g Caramunich III (Weyermann) ou 120g (Thomas Fawcett Crystal) Munich pode trocar por Carahell Usar ultraflo para diminuir viscosidade do mosto (3ml - 10kg malte, ou seja, usar 1,0ml na mostura) agua: 3g CaSO4 2g CaCl2H2o 1,5g Bicarbonato 0,5ml acido fosforico no strike water Strike water 10 litros Sparge water 5 litros (ou ate chegar em aprox 14 litros) Fermoncel SB - 2g em 80ml de agua no fermentador (pq eh high gravity) 1m30s de aeracao do mosto antes de inocular a levedura (a 20C para fermentar a 19C) Obs: estudar fazer 60-65% a mais da receita, ou seja, fazer 16 litros (aprox 15 no final) pois daria uso de praticamente 100g de cada lupulo.
