First attempt @ BIAB this should be a little time saving and should produce good results the only problem is that the grain has already been mixed and cannot be separated easily so I basically have to take a 5 gallon batch sparge recipe and cram it into a 3 gallon BIAB recipe I guess I could use top-up water to bring things more into the proper stats to make this beer closer to BJCP guidelines (will this give the final beer less body?) I will use top-up water to 5 gallons it should take approximately 2 gallons to bring things up to 5 gallons

Special Instructions

1.
1 to 2 days prior add 1 campden tablet to 5 gallons of water for a total of 15 gallons

pre-mash (water conditioning) add 1 tbsp 5.2 water stabilizer
3.
Pre-mash (water conditioning) add 1 tbsp yeast nutrient
4.
Mash @ 153 for 60 minutes
5.
Mash out @ 170 for 10 minutes (Currently not capable of recirculation)
6.
Fly Sparge @ 170 for 60 minutes
7.
Measure Preboil OG
8.
Boil for 60 minutes add hops on schedule
9.
wirlpool
10.
chill to fermentor @ 64 to 70
11.
measure OG
12.
Oxygenate 15 Seconds
13.
pitch yeast Danstar Windsor Ale Yeast
