Bottled at may 16th. Some issues in here, there is no honey aroma neither honey flavour in it, probably shouldn't had added it during the boiling, all honey stuff got evaporated :( ... I opened first one last weekend (2 weeks after bottled) noticed it too dry, like astringent at the very end of the sip, probably problems during the sparge, I think I sparged it too long getting tannins to my wort from grain's husk. The interesting thing is that right now Im drinking another one and still kind of dry, but not that much, somehow I think it lost some of that astrigent taste, hops aroma still there, of course there is no honey stuff in it but still the beer is nice.
