Special Instructions

1.
Start with 7.2 gallons of water at 161 degrees
2.
Mash for 60 minutes at 152F
3.
60 minute boil, hops in hop spider, adding yeast Nutrient and Whirlflock at 10 minutes left.
4.
Ferment at 65F for two weeks
5.
Transfer to keg for dry hopping 2 days (with hops in hop basket)
6.
CO2 transfer to purged serving keg, chill and carbonate (24 psi for 24 hrs), reduce to 9 psi
