Brassar a 69C para compensar a perda de corpo na diluicao. Inicio da Fermentacao a 19C e aumentar para 21C no 3o dia ateh o fim da fermentacao - descanso diacetil - dry hopping Flame out = lupulos a 85C-66C por 15 min. Usar ultraflo para diminuir viscosidade do mosto (3ml - 10kg malte, ou seja, usar 1,0ml na mostura) Carared = swaen red ou diminuir e colocar red ale (melano) Viking Munich light = Goldswaen Light Crystal 60L = Thomas Fawcett Crystal (observar coloracao que vai dar na Double IPA... alguma receitas de cor bem avermelhadas, eh usado malte black ou chocolate) agua (fazer bastante voltado para lupulo/amargor) 10 litros brassagem: 3g CaSO4 2g CaCl2H2o 1,5g Bicarbonato 0,5ml acido fosforico no strike water 5 litros diluicao: 1,5g CaSO4 1g CaCl2H2o 0,7g Bicarbonato 0,2ml acido fosforico Strike water 10 litros Sparge water 5 litros (ou até chegar em aprox 14 litros) Fermoncel SB - 2g em 80ml de agua no fermentador 1m30s de aeracao do mosto antes de inocular a levedura (a 21C para fermentar a 19C)
