Basically, just a version of my Extra with 5% Munich swapped in. That puts it really close stat-wise to my Landbier. These EKG's are weaker than before, so I'd have to use a lot more of them than usual just to get moderate IBU's. Going to augment with some left over Santiam. I'm also using the Omega version of the Westmalle yeast, which has a bit of a wider temp range, I believe, and less attenuation. Dingeman's Pils, Weyermann Munich I.
