Special Instructions

Begin heating 3.5 gallons of water, add grains and slowly bring temp to 150-160 and steep for 20 min.

Remove grain bag and let drain back into the pot.

Bring to a Boil and add extract and 2 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops

Add 1 whirlfloc tablet at 15
5.
Add 1 oz Liberty Hops and honey at 5
6.
Cool to 78 degrees and pitch yeast
