Special Instructions

1.
Add 3g gypsum and 8g calcium chloride to 5 gallons of mash water
2.
Mash at 152 for one hour
3.
Add 2.5g gypsum and 5.5g calcium chloride to sparge water
4.
Half of the flameout hops will be added after flameout and steeped for 20 minutes. The other half of the flameout hops will be steeped for another 20 minutes *before* chilling to pitching temp.
