Special Instructions

Bring 2 quarts water to 77C. Add sugar and dissolve. Add yeast nutrient blend and DAP. Use both! No boil.

Add chilled water to drop to fermentation temp of 18C.

Hydrera ett halvt paket US05 och häll i mäsken.

Ferment @ 18C for 7 days. Raise to 22C for 7 days to finish off and dry out as much as possible. Hoping for 0.998-1.000.

Smaksätt med en riven gurka och rivet citronskal.
