Special Instructions

Mash at 149 for 90 minutes with hops

Bring to Boil and stop after 1 minute

Cool and add 1 liter starter of 5 plato wort/lacto || ferment for 4-6 days and add yeast

After 2-3 days when fermentation slows, add sugar
5.
Bottle with small amount of Brett (optional)
