Assuming 2lb honey added w/cranberries (forgot to measure) and 1/2 gal water, OG 1.068 / 16.6 BRIX. Put into DH3K for filtering 12/11. Filter kept clogging when transferring into final keg, adding lots of O2 (probably). Stopped transferring after 1 or 2 gal, leaving majority of batch in DH3K for cold crash /serving. Refractometer reads FG 1.046 / 11.3 BRIX - Calculator corrects to FG 1.032 / 8.03 BRIX, 4.78% ABV, but that seems low given the attenuation of Loki.
12/5: Brought 4 lbs whole cranberries and maybe 1/4 - 1/2 gal water to boil. Added probably 2 lbs honey. Let cool a bit and then added to carboy. Fermentation went into overdrive again. Already had to clean lid/bubbler out on first day of fermentation, and had to again after this.
Mashed 11/29 as part of double-batch. 11.5 gal yield at 1.073 OG / 18 BRIX and split into 2. Added fulll quart of Goodbelly pom/blackberry and left in ferm chamber at 95*.
12/2 brew date. 3 large Saigon cinnamon sticks and 1 tsp of (old, 2018) clove powder added at flame-out after 30 min boil. Slight boil-over. Yield 5 gal at 1.055 OG / 13.5 BRIX (readings taken after oxygenating and adding yeast, so may not be reliable).
