Special Instructions

Steeped grains at 155 for 30 minutes

Rinsed grains with one teapot of hot water

Added 2 gallons of tap water

Added 2 containers of LME

Bring to boil

All four oz hops at 60

3 lbs if sugar at 30 minutes

At 15 added 1 whirflok, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 lb of lactose

Added last LME container at 10

Added nutmeg, clove, and one star anise pod at 5
