I fiddle with this all the time as materials change and the Alpha Acids in the hops differ. Try to keep around 12 IBU and faithful to the Cream Ale category.

This recipe was cloned from Maris otter.

Notes:

Version 2.0 with flaked rice was pretty tasty, nice and dry, perfect Bud-light substitute for my wife. I did not so much like working with the flaked rice, so next version I’ll be upping the Maris Otter or throw in some U.S. two-row or maybe even six-row as I’ve seen suggested, then adjust the LME. I have a limit of about 3 lbs. grist in my pot.
