Special Instructions

Steep grains at 155 for 15 -20 min
2.
Remove grains and bring to boil
3.
Once boiling remove from heat and add DME, LME, honey, golden syrup, molasses
4.
Bring to boil for 60 min adding hops and spices per schedule
5.
Cool to 70 degrees, pitch yeast
