clone of orignial IPA with adjusted hops (couldn't source Ekuanot). Increased Ibu slightly and added more wheat for cloudiness. used some cascade and chinook from my homegrown stock, filled in the rest with store bought.

Special Instructions

1.
Add 1/2 campden tablet per 5 gallons strike/mash water to remove chlorine
2.
Mash at 152F for 60 minutes, proceed with boil as normal.
3.
For added aroma, whirlpool the final 1 oz chinook when wort reaches 170-160F during chilling.
4.
Chill to 66F and pitch yeast.
5.
Ferment between 66F and 68F for 2 weeks.
6.
Add glitter to keg or per glass at serving
