Cooled wort to 95 F

Pitched 30 oz of GoodBelly Orange Juice Drink

Covered and soured for 96 hours

No souring occurred because of the hops
10.
Boiled 30 minutes
11.
Cooled to 68 F and pitched Saflager 34/70 yeast harvested from prior starter
12.
Added 1 tsp glucoamylase at yeast pitch
13.
Boiled 1.25 gallons water with 0.5 pound DME
14.
Pitched 30 oz of GoodBelly Orange Juice Drink
15.
Purged kettle with CO2 and sealed with cling wrap
16.
Soured for a week
