Notes:

This is the altered recipe brewed on January 2nd 2025. Changed from two road to Pilsner and added 1 lb to make a total of 14 lb pilsner malt. Changed wheat from 5 lb to 4 lb and changed Munich mall to Vienna malt. Hoping to get less wheat flavor.
