Special Instructions

Make yeast starter from 1 or 2 packs (4 liters/400 g DME).

Check wort pH – should be around 5,4.

Boil wort 90 min.

Oxygenate well.

Ferment at 10 C for 18-24 days. Diacetyl rest at end of fermentation.
