My first recipe since joining. I know it says I used 1.8 pound can of pumpkin but I actually used fresh from the garden. The 1 tsp of pumpkin spice was somewhat of a reference. And on the safe side. You may want to add more to taste at bottling time. I alsonqish my local brew shop had a better selection on grains as I would have used a lighter crystal, say a 10 or 20 so the orange color from the pumpkin would show through
